River Crescent is a boutique real estate investment and development firm with offices in Cabin John, Maryland and Casper, Wyoming. River Crescent has acquired and repositioned a variety of properties around the country, from single family golf resort communities to historic multi-family buildings. We create unique and exciting places to live for various lifestyles. As a small privately held organization, we are able to quickly analyze each opportunity and execute strategies that maximize value for our partners. There are three primary divisions of River Crescent: Investments, Development and Communities.
Investments
Specializing in future development and acquisition, we are in the process of building our portfolio of small-to-large scale projects. Projects vary from multi-use apartment and commercial dwellings, to sustainable farm and golf, to active lifestyle retirement communities.
Development
Identifying and securing the ideal property is one thing, but developing and executing a plan is another. Our team carries out strategies to make our properties the most unique in the industry. Our dedication, response time and love for the communities we serve shines through.
Communities
River Crescent owns and operates premier properties on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. We pride ourselves in being the best partners to our tenants and to the communities we serve.
